Foldformed Vitreous Enameled Copper and Roman Glass Earrings with Stainless Steel Hoop EarWires: Gazing Out the Window
These are unique one of a kind earrings.
Hand cut, foldformed, filed, and sanded.
Vitreous liquid enamel is painted onto the copper and fired in a kiln at 1500° Farenheit. The process is repeated multiple times on each side with different colors to fuse the glass to the copper and create the design. Etched for a matte finish. The final pieces are buffed with an alumdun stone to clean and create smooth surface.
White, blue, red, green, and orange enamels with green Roman glass accents.
Attached to 21 gauge stainless steel hoops.
The enamel piece is .approximately .5" wide x 1.5" long.
These hang approximately 1 7/8" in length including ear wires.
The earrings are packaged in a cotton filled gift box and a padded envelope.
