Changing Seasons Vitreous Enamel and Sterling Silver Lever Back Earrings
They are mini paintings. These earrings are from copper. These lightweight earrings were created by sifting vitreous enamel (fine powdered pigmented glass) onto copper and fired in kiln at 1460°-1500° farenheit. This process is repeated multiple times on both sides of the piece using various methods to create the colorful design.
2/3 moon shape. Various shades of blues, greens, and orange.
Sterling silver lever back ear wires and wire hanger. The silver has been oxidized to give it the rich color.
These are approximately.25" in width and 2" in length including the hanger and ear wire.
Packaged nestled in cotton in a jewelry box and shipped in a padded envelope.
