Pebbles on the Beach Vitreous Enamel and 5mm Australian Opal Sterling Silver with Fine Silver Accent Pendant Necklace
This beautiful one of kind statement piece is created from etched copper, vitreous enamel, Australian opals, .925 sterling silver, and fine silver accent.
Vitreous enamel (fine pigmented powdered glass) is sifted onto the copper and fired in a kiln at 1460° Farenheit. This process was repeated multiple times.
The sterling silver setting is hand forged, textured, soldered and polished, and the enameled piece is hand set into the setting. The 5mm Australian opal in bezel set onto a fine silver pebble.
The pendant hangs from a 19" sterlng silver figargo chain with a lobster clasp.
The pendant is approximately 1" wide and 2" in length including extended bale.
Packaged nestled in a cotton filled white jewelry box. It ships in a padded envelope.
Care instructions: The enamel piece can be wiped with a soft cloth. The silver setting can be cleaned with a soft pad which is included.
