Lotus Garden Vitreous Enamel and Chyrosprase Sterling Silver Necklace with Fine Silver Accents
This beautiful one of kind statement piece is created from etched copper, vitreous enamel .925 sterling silver, and .999 fine silver accents.
Vitreous enamel (fine pigmented powdered glass) is sifted onto the copper and fired in a kiln at 1500° Farenheit. This process was repeated multiple times.
The sterling silver backplate is textured. The 10mm green chryophase is soldered to fine silver accent.
Thevsetting hand formed, hammered, soldered and polished, and the enameled piece is hand set into the setting. A cast sterling silver flower is soldered to the sterling silver bale. The piece is oxidized and buffed to highlight details.
The pendant hangs from an 18" figaro chain with hook clasp.
The pendant is approximately 1 5" wide and 2.5" in length including the stemmed bale.
Packaged nestled in a cotton filled white jewelry box. It ships in a padded envelope.
Care instructions: The enamel piece can be wiped with a soft cloth. The silver setting can be cleaned with a soft pad which is included.
Please safely store when not wearing as with any fine jewelry. It's best not to wear while swimming or bathing.
