These unique one of a kind earrings will add some sparkle to your outfit. They are created from copper, vitreous enamel (pigmented powdered glass) and sterling silver.
The copper is hand stamped and formed.
Vitreous enamel is sifted onto the copper and fired in a kiln at 1520° Farenheit. The process is repeated multiple times on each side with different colors to fuse the glass to the copper and create the design. The final pieces are buffed with an alundum stone to clean and create smooth surface.
The enameled pieces and ear wires are handcrafted from 21 gauge .925 sterling silver wire. Soldered and oxidized.
The enamel piece is .approximately 1" in length and 7/8" wide
Approximately 2.75" in length including ear wires.
The earrings are packaged for gifting.
