This beautiful one of kind statement piece is created from a sheet of copper, vitreous enamel, reflective glass beads,coiled wire and .925 sterling silver.
Vitreous enamel (fine pigmented powdered glass) is sifted onto the copper and fired in a kiln at 1500° Farenheit. This process was repeated multiple times on each side with a variety of colors of enamel. Reflective glass beads are fired into the enamel. The sides are smoothed and sanded with an alundum stone. The piece is etched to achieve matte finish.
22.5" in length including pendant. Easy to use and secure hook clasp. Lovely small circle sterling silver chain.
The penant is approximately 2 wide and 1.5" in length including the stemmed bale.
Packaged nestled in a cotton filled white jewelry box. It ships in a padded envelope.
Care instructions: The enamel piece can be wiped with a soft cloth. The silver chain can be cleaned with a soft pad which is included.
