Gorgeous multicolored one of a kind earrings created from copper sheet, vitreous enamel (powdered pigmented glass), .925 sterling silver wire soldered ear wires and silver teardrops.
Vitreous enamel is sifted onto copper and fired in a kiln at 1500 degrees Farenheit to fuse to metal. The process if repeated multiple times n each side with various colors.Mason stains are painted onto the top layer and fired again. Etched for matte finish. The sides are cleaned and smoothed.
Silver teardrops are attached to the enamel piece with sterling silver wire and attached to handmade .925 sterling silver ear wires which are soldered closed.
These unique enamel earrings are approximately 1 1/3" wide and 1.75" in length - 2.25" in length including ear wires.
Packaged in a cotton filled white gift box.
Simply wipe with soft cloth to clean.
