These unique one of a kind earrings are created from , vitreous enamel (pigmented powdered glass) and sterling silver.
Vitreous enamel is sifted onto the copper and fired in a kiln at 1460° Farenheit. The process is repeated multiple times on each side with different colors to fuse the glass to the copper and create the design. Crackle enamel is used as first layer to create the crackle effect. The final pieces are buffed with an alundum stone to clean and create smooth surface.
The ear wires are handcrafted from 20 gauge .925 sterling silver wire.

The enamel leaves are approximately 1.125" wide and 1.25" in length. Approximately 2.5" with kidney wire. 1.75" hook wires.
The earrings are packaged in a cotton filled gift box and a padded envelope.
